摘要
为探究不同药剂对桉树焦枯病的防治效果,以广西南宁地区为试验地点,分别考察不同可湿性粉剂,药剂1:多菌灵(50%可湿性粉剂),药剂2:代森锌(65%可湿性粉剂),药剂3:甲基托布津(70%可湿性粉剂),药剂4:甲霜灵锰锌(72%可湿性粉剂)在不同稀释倍数下(250倍、500倍、1000倍)以及不同药后时间(药后5 d、药后10 d、药后15 d、)时对桉树焦枯病的防治效果。结果显示:随着药剂稀释倍数的增加以及药后时间的增长,防治效果均会显著下降。不同施药条件中,甲霜灵锰锌(250倍)在施药后第5 d的防治效果最高,在该实验条件下桉树焦枯病防治效果为87.28%。结果可为桉树培育提供理论依据。
In order to investigate the control effects of different fungicides on Eucalyptus robusta Smith Cylindrocladium quinqueseptatum,this paper takes Nanning region of Guangxi as the experimental site and investigates different wettable powders.Reagent 1:carbendazim(50% wettable powder);Reagent 2:Daisenzin(65% wettable powder);Reagent 3:methyltobuzin(70% wettable powder),and Reagent 4:The prevention and control effect of metalaxyl manganese zinc(72% wettable powder) on Eucalyptus Cylindrocladium quinqueseptatum at different dilution ratios(250 times,500 times,1000 times) and different post treatment times(5 days,10 days,15 days,etc.).The results show that as the dilution ratio of the drug increases and the increased treatment time,the prevention and control effect will significantly decrease.Among different application conditions,metalaxyl manganese zinc(250 times) had the highest control effect on the 5th day after application,and under this experimental condition,the control effect of Eucalyptus Cylindrocladium quinqueseptatum was 87.28%.This paper provides a theoretical basis for Eucalyptus cultivation.
