摘要
目的 分析阿奇霉素对成人重症肺炎导致的脓毒症免疫调节作用。方法 选取2022年8月—2023年8月就诊于阳春市人民医院的重症肺炎导致脓毒症患者70例,采用随机数表法分为两组,其中常规组的35例患者采用常规治疗,研究组的35例患者在常规治疗基础上联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、免疫功能、呼吸功能、炎性因子水平以及病情严重程度。结果 研究组临床总有效率(97.14%)高于常规组(82.86%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05)。研究组免疫功能指标、呼吸功能指标、炎性因子水平、病情严重程度评分均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 重症肺炎导致的脓毒症患者在常规治疗基础上联合阿奇霉素进行治疗,有助于改善患者的病情严重程度以及呼吸功能,降低患者炎性因子水平,提升临床治疗效果,其免疫调节作用显著。
Objective To analyze the role of azithromycin on immunomodulation of sepsis due to severe pneumonia in adults.Methods A total of 70 patients with severe pneumonia resulting in sepsis admitted to Yangchun People's Hos-pital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table method.Among them,35 patients in the conventional group received conventional treatment,and 35 patients in the study group received combined azithromycin treatment based on conventional treatment.The clinical therapeutic ef-fect,immune function,respiratory function,inflammatory factor level and severity of disease were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the conven-tional group(82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05).Immune function index,re-spiratory function index,inflammatory factor level and disease severity score of the study group were better than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment with azithromycin on the basis of conventional treatment for sepsis caused by severe pneumonia is helpful to improve the severity of the patient's disease and respiratory function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the patient,im-prove the clinical treatment effect,and its immune regulation effect is significant.
