摘要
麻纤维脱胶工艺是麻在后续生产及应用中最重要的环节,它决定着麻纤维的应用性质。麻纤维脱胶主要有物理法、化学法、生物法及多种方式联合脱胶四大种类。与化学法相比,物理法和生物法相对耗费的时间较长,脱胶也不够彻底,二者常常与其他脱胶方法联用。主要介绍了麻纤维脱胶技术及其主要形式,分析这些方法的优缺点、研究进展及改进方向,旨在为麻纤维脱胶工艺的使用同行提供一定的借鉴与参考。
The degumming process of hemp fiber is the most important link in the subsequent production and application of hemp,which determines the application properties of hemp fiber.Degumming of hemp fiber mainly includes four types:physical method,chemical method,biological method and combined degumming.Compared with the chemical method,the physical method and the biological method are relatively time-consuming and the degumming is not thorough enough,so they are often combined with other degumming methods.This paper mainly introduces the hemp fiber degumming technology and its main forms,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,research progress and improvement direction,in order to provide some reference for the use of hemp fiber degumming process.
