摘要
目的:探讨X线检查与螺旋CT检查诊断中央型肺癌的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月旬阳市人民医院收治的72例中央型肺癌患者作为研究对象,均行X线检查、螺旋CT检查,比较两种检查方法的诊断结果、检出率。结果:螺旋CT检查对中央型肺癌的检出率高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。螺旋CT对肺门区肿块、纵隔淋巴结肿大的检出率高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:中央型肺癌实施螺旋CT检查的诊断效果优于X线检查,诊断效能更高,便于患者及早进行治疗,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of X-ray and spiral CT in the diagnosis of central type lung cancer.Methods:Seventy-two patients with central type lung cancer treated in Xunyang People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.X-ray examination and spiral CT examination were performed.The diagnostic results and detection rate of the two methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of spiral CT for central type lung cancer was higher than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The detection rate of spiral CT for hilar mass and mediastinal lymph node enlargement was higher than that of X-ray examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The diagnostic effect of spiral CT examination for central lung cancer is better than that of X-ray examination,and the diagnostic efficiency is higher,which is convenient for patients to receive early treatment.It has high clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
