摘要
目的:探究对牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者应用正畸与牙周夹板联合治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月高邮市人民医院收治的牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施正畸与牙周夹板联合治疗。比较两组患者美观度指标、牙周情况。结果:治疗后,两组牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖度、牙槽骨高度、松动度均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组牙周探诊深度、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、附着丧失、龈沟出血指数均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者,通过正畸与牙周夹板联合治疗,能够提高美观度,改善牙周功能,继而控制炎性反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of orthodontic and periodontal splint combined treatment in patients with anterior teeth fan-shaped displacement caused by periodontitis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with anterior teeth fan-shaped displacement caused by periodontitis who were admitted to Gaoyou People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine basic treatment,while the observation group received orthodontic and periodontal splint combined treatment on the basis of the control group.The aesthetic index and periodontal condition of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the depth of periodontal pockets,anterior tooth coverage,alveolar bone height and looseness were reduced in the two groups,and these indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,periodontal probing depth,gingival index,plaque index,attachment loss,and sulcus bleeding index were reduced in the two groups,and these indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of orthodontics and periodontal splint for patients with anterior teeth fan-shaped displacement caused by periodontitis can improve the aesthetics,improve periodontal function,and accordingly control inflammatory reaction.
