摘要
目的讨论当前检验科设备管理的问题,研究设备管理问题解决对策。方法选取2021年4月—2023年4月期间在菏泽市定陶区人民医院检验科任职的19名工作人员,以2022年4月为时间分界点,2021年4月—2022年4月期间行常规管理,2022年5月—2023年4月期间行PDCA循环管理。常规管理下选择30台设备,PDCA循环管理下选择30台设备。对比两种管理模式下工作人员工作质量、设备使用情况和工作人员满意度。结果PDCA循环管理模式下,工作人员理论知识、操作技能、设备保养、设备维护、设备使用流程、设备管理、服务质量等维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCA循环管理模式下,设备仪器无损率高于常规管理,设备报修次数低于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种管理模式下工作人员正确操作次数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PDCA循环管理模式下,工作人员满意度为94.74%,高于常规管理的84.21%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检验科设备管理问题主要存在于管理力度、设备维修保养和人员综合素质等方面,可采用PDCA循环管理替代常规管理,能够有效提高工作人员工作质量和满意度,减少仪器设备损坏和报损次数,值得作为主要管理方式推广应用。
Objective To discuss the current problems of equipment management in the laboratory,and to study the countermeasures of equipment management.Methods A total of 19 staff members who worked in the clinical laboratory of Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected to perform routine management from April 2021 to April 2022 and PDCA cycle management from May 2022 to April 2023,taking April 2022 as the time dividing point.Select 30 devices under conventional management and 30 devices under PDCA cycle management.Compare the staff quality,equipment usage and staff satisfaction under the two management modes.Results In the PDCA cycle management mode,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,equipment maintenance,equipment maintenance,equipment use process,equipment management and service quality were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In PDCA cycle management mode,the non-destructive rate of equipment was higher than that of conventional management,and the number of equipment repair was lower than that of conventional management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of correct operations between the two management modes(P>0.05).In PDCA cycle management mode,staff satisfaction was 94.74%,higher than that of conventional management(84.21%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The problems of equipment management in the clinical laboratory department mainly exist in the aspects of management intensity,equipment maintenance and personnel comprehensive quality.PDCA cycle management can be adopted instead of conventional management,which can effectively improve the work quality and satisfaction of staff,reduce the damage of equipment and the number of reported losses,and is worthy of promotion and application as the main management method.
