摘要
针对新工科建设对大学生创新实践能力培养的要求,在剖析江苏科技大学机电专业学生创新实践能力培养现状的基础上,从培养方案顶层设计、师资队伍建设、创新实践环境及创新实践评价体系等方面入手,进行大学生创新实践能力培养的积极探索,并将研究成果应用于实际的教学过程,取得了较好的效果。
In view of the requirements of emerging engineering education(3E)for the cultivation of college students'innovative and practical ability,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of innovative and practical ability of students majoring in mechantronics in our university.Then,we effectively explore the methods to cultivate college students'innovative and practical ability from the top-level design of training program,the construction of teaching staff,the construction of innovative practice environment,and the evaluation system.Finally,the research results are applied to the actual teaching process,and good results are obtained.
