摘要
结直肠癌是我国及全球发病率和病死率较高的恶性肿瘤,其发生、发展与环境因素和遗传因素相互作用有关。本文就结直肠癌领域国内外学者在基础研究以及结直肠癌筛查、预防和治疗、人工智能、免疫治疗等方面进展和热点问题进行综述。
