摘要
牛蒡(Arctium lappa)属桔梗目菊科二年生草本植物,在我国种植面较广,大多分布于江苏和山东,是一种传统的药食两用植物资源。牛蒡不同部位所含的化学成分不同,有木脂素类、有机酸类、黄酮类、甾体类、苷类以及萜类等,在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、保护心血管疾病及抗菌、抗病毒等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文通过归纳总结近年以来国内外学者对牛蒡不同部位的活性成分提取及药理活性等方面的最新研究成果,以便于对牛蒡进一步的研究开发提供理论依据。
Arctium lappa is a biennial herb of Platycodon compositae,which is widely planted in China,mostly in Jiangsu and Shandong Provinces.It is a traditional medicine and food source.The chemical active components in different parts of Arctium lappa are different,including lignans,organic acids,flavonoids,steroids,glycosides and terpenes.These ingredients play important roles in anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic,cardiovascular disease protection,anti-bacterial and anti-virus.The study summarized the latest research domestic and aboard on the extraction and pharmacological activities of active components from different parts of Arctium lappa.It provides a theoretical basis for the further research and development of Arctium lappa.
