摘要
内河液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船舶的推广对实现碳达峰具有重要的促进作用,但LNG具有易燃、易爆特性,如果防爆电气设备选型不当,可能会给正常的加注作业带来影响,甚至会引发重大安全事故。对不同的危险区域,科学选择防爆电气设备对内河LNG加注的安全作业具有重要意义。本文阐述了内河LNG加注趸船爆炸危险及电气设备选型存在的问题,对爆炸危险区域进行了划分,给出了防爆电气设备的选择原则、流程和方法;并以某内河LNG加注趸船液货舱接头处所的防爆投光灯为例,对防爆设备进行了选型分析。为内河LNG加注趸船的建造设计、防爆电气设备选型及检修管理提供参考。
The promotion of inland liquefied natural gas(LNG)ships plays an important role in promoting the goal of china's peak carbon dioxide emissions,but LNG is flammable and explosive.If the explosion-proof electrical equipment is not properly selected,it may affect the normal filling operation and even lead to major safety accidents.For different dangerous areas,scientific selection of explosion-proof electrical equipment is of great significance to the safe operation of LNG filling in inland rivers.This paper expounds the explosion danger of inland LNG bunkering pontoons and the problems existing in the selection of electrical equipment,divides the explosion danger areas,and gives the selection principle,process and method of explosion-proof electrical equipment.Taking the explosion-proof projection lamp at the joint of the cargo tank of an inland LNG bunkering pontoons as an example,the selection of explosion-proof equipment is analyzed.It provides a reference for the construction design,explosion-proof electrical equipment selection and maintenance management of inland LNG bunkering pontoons.
