摘要
氮氧化物(NO_(x))传感器是选择性催化还原(SCR)系统的重要组件之一。为了降低传统NO_(x)传感器的工作温度,使用2%质量分数的NiO作为烧结助剂制备了质子导体BaZr_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(BZY)电解质,研究了NiO烧结助剂对BZY电解质的相结构、微观形貌的影响。制备了基于BZY电解质的电流型NO_(x)传感器。实验结果表明:该传感器在400℃时,对体积分数范围在10×10^(-6)~250×10^(-6)的NO_(2)显示出良好的线性响应。同时,也表现出较高的灵敏度、良好的选择性和重复性。
Nitrogen oxide(NO_(x))sensor is one of the important components of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system.In order to reduce the operating temperature of traditional NO_(x) sensors.Proton conductor BaZr_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(BZY)is prepared by using mass fraction of 2%NiO as sintering aid.The effects of NiO intering aid on the phase structure and morphology of BZY electrolyte are studied.Amperometric NO_(x) sensor based on BZY electrolyte is prepared.Experimental results show that the sensor show good linear response to volume fraction of NO_(2) at range of 10×10^(-6)~250×10^(-6) at 400℃.The sensor also shows higher sensitivity,good selectivity and repeatability.
