摘要
建立鱼肉冻干粉中铅质控样品的制备方法。以空白鱼肉为基质,添加不同含量的铅标准溶液,采用二次真空冷冻干燥的方式制备鱼肉冻干粉中铅质控样品。依据CNAS-GL003:2018《能力验证样品均匀性和稳定性评价指南》对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行评价。基于组织能力验证获得的参加者结果确定质控样品的定值范围。结果表明,研制的鱼肉冻干粉中铅质控样品均匀性良好,在-18℃条件下贮存120 d内铅元素含量稳定, 2个添加量的质控样品最终定值分别为0.768±0.070 mg/kg和2.500±0.462 mg/kg,可用于食品安全快速检测、人员考核等领域的质量控制和实验室的能力验证。
A method for preparation of quality control samples of lead in fish freeze-dried powder was established.Using blank fish meat as matrix,different amounts of lead standard solution were added,and secondary vacuum freeze-drying method was used to prepare lead quality control samples in fish freeze-dried powder.According to CNAS-GL003:2018Guidance on Evaluating the Homogeneity and Stability of Samples used for Proficiency Testing,the homogeneity and stability were evaluated.Through proficiency testing,the constant value range of the quality control samples was determined by the results of the participants.The results showed that the quality control samples of lead in fish freeze-dried powder had good homogeneity,and the samples were stable at-18℃for 120 d.The final values of the two added quality control samples were 0.768±0.070 mg/kg and 2.500±0.462 mg/kg,respectively.The quality control samples prepared can be applied for process quality control in the fields of food safety rapid detection,personnel assessment and proficiency testing.
