预制梁桥大长纵坡坡型支座技术施工研究

摘要 梁式桥是指用梁或桁架梁作主要承重结构的桥梁,其上部结构在铅垂向荷载作用下,支点只产生竖向反力。梁式桥为桥梁的基本体系之一,其建造和架设均较方便,在桥梁建筑中占有很大比例。预制梁式桥中,空心板、小箱梁、T梁等结构形式较为常见。通过多年多地区高速公路运营经验总结,一批位于大纵坡路段的预制梁桥出现墩柱偏移、支座纵向滑移量超限等有规律性、系统性病害,严重危及结构和运营安全。易引发突发性、重大灾害性安全事故,应引起高度重视。 A beam bridge refers to a bridge that uses beams or truss beams as the main load-bearing structure,and its upper structure only generates vertical reactions at the support points under vertical loads.Beam type bridges are one of the basic systems of bridges,and their construction and erection are relatively convenient,accounting for a large proportion in bridge construction.In prefabricated beam bridges,hollow slabs,small box beams,T-beams,and other structural forms are more common.Through years of experience in the operation of expressways in various regions,it has been found that a batch of prefabricated beam bridges located on large longitudinal slope sections have experienced regular and systematic diseases such as pier column offset and excessive longitudinal sliding of bearings,seriously endangering the safety of the structure and operation.It is easy to cause sudden and major catastrophic safety accidents and should be highly valued.
