摘要
三鑫金铜矿每年井下掘进量140000m^(3),均采用钻孔爆破工艺。受条件限制,爆破时爆破工人一般对炮孔不作任何堵塞,往往以增加药量来保证爆破效果。实际上,这种爆破效果很差,飞石、大块现象严重,后续出渣工作量较大,同时增加了爆破成本。为了改善井下掘进爆破效果,通过控制爆破参数变量,以现场实践为基础,进行多次试验及数据统计分析、现场爆破效果评价,对三鑫金铜矿炮泥堵孔技术进行相关的应用研究,为该矿后续此项技术的推广应用提供必要的参考和依据。
Sanxin Gold Copper Mine has an annual underground drilling volume of 140,000m^(3),which are all utilized in the drilling and blasting process.Restricted by the conditions,blasting workers generally do not have any plugging of the blast holes,often to increase the amount of drugs to ensure the effect of blasting.In fact,this kind of blasting effect is very poor,flying rock,big block phenomenon is serious,the subsequent slag workload is larger,and at the same time increase the cost of blasting.Through the experimental research of tamping plug stemming technology in Sanxin Gold Copper Mine,provide the necessary reference for the subsequent application of this technology.
