摘要
目的 观察非Rh血型系统患者输血中应用不规则抗体检测技术的效果。方法 125例有输血风险需接受血液检测的非Rh血型系统患者,输血前均应用不规则抗体技术检测。分析不规则抗体特异性分布情况、免疫球蛋白类型分布情况;并统计输血不良反应发生情况。结果 125例患者检测结果不规则抗体中抗M抗体39例,占比31.20%为最多;其次为抗P1抗体31例,占比24.80%次之;未确定特异性和抗Lea抗体分别为18例(14.40%)及17例(13.60%)。125例患者中不规则抗体免疫球蛋白类型为免疫球蛋白M(IgM)最多为97例,占比为77.60%;免疫球蛋白G(IgG)为21例,占比为16.80%;IgM+IgG为5例,占比为4.00%;空白未检出2例,占比为1.60%。125例输血患者中,其中1例发生发热反应,未发生过敏、溶血等不良反应,输血不良反应发生率为0.80%。结论 对需要输血的非Rh血型系统患者输血前进行不规则抗体检测,对降低输血不良反应发生率及保证输血安全具有重要意义,应作为临床输血前必查项目。
Objective To observe the effect of irregular antibody detection technology in blood transfusion for patients with non-Rh blood group system.Methods 125 non-Rh blood group system patients who are at risk of blood transfusion and need to undergo blood testingwere tested by irregular antibody technique before transfusion.The specific distribution of irregular antibodies and the distribution of antibody immunoglobulin types were analyzed,and the occurrence of adverse blood transfusion reactions was also counted.Results Among the irregular antibodies of 125 patients,39 cases were anti-M antibodies,accounting for 31.20%;the second was anti-P1 antibody in 31 cases,accounting for 24.80%.The specificity of undetermined antibodies and anti Lea antibodies were 18 cases(14.40%)and 17 cases(13.60%).Among the included patients,the highest number of irregular antibody immunoglobulin types was immunoglobin M(IgM),accounting for 77.60%;21 cases of immunoglobin G(IgG)immunoglobulin type,accounting for 16.80%,and 5 cases of IgM+IgG were detected,accounting for 4.00%;2 patients were blank and not detected,accounting for 16.0%.Among the 125 blood transfusion patients included in this study,there was 1 case of fever reaction,and no adverse reactions such as allergies or hemolysis occurred.The total incidence of adverse blood transfusion reactions was 0.80%.Conclusion Irregular antibody testing for patients who need blood transfusion before transfusion is of great significance in reducing the incidence of adverse blood transfusion reactions and ensuring blood transfusion safety,and should be a necessary item for clinical pre transfusion examination.
