摘要
目的 评价复方金钱草颗粒治疗泌尿系结石(非手术)的临床治疗效果及安全性,为临床科学用药提供依据。方法 检索国内外数据库包括中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science,检索时间为建库至2022年3月1日。搜索并筛选数据库中复方金钱草颗粒治疗非手术泌尿系结石的随机对照试验,使用Rev Man 5.4软件对纳入研究内容进行meta分析。结果 检索出相关文献228篇,经评估,最终有8项研究符合纳入标准,经统计共1225例患者,meta分析结果显示,复方金钱草颗粒联合常规西药治疗在提高治愈率、总有效率、结石排出率,降低肾绞痛复发率方面相较于单纯常规西药治疗更具优势。此外,在不良反应发生率方面,有2项研究提到不良反应的发生,但未记录具体数据,另有1项研究记录其治疗期间未发生任何副作用。结论 复方金钱草颗粒治疗泌尿系结石(非手术)有效性显著和安全性较高,但确切疗效仍有待临床开展大规模、多中心、高质量随机对照试验研究进一步证实。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the compound Jinqiancao Granules in the treatment of urinary calculi(nonsurgical),and to provide a basis for clinical scientific medication.Methods The domestic and foreign databases including Chinese National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang,VIP Chinese Journal of Science and Technology(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,and Web of Science were retrieved.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to March 1,2022.The randomized controlled trials of the compound Jinqiancao granules in the treatment of non-surgical urinary calculi were searched and screened in these databases,and the RevMan5.4 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis of the included research contents.Results 228 relevant articles were retrieved.After evaluation,8 studies finally met the inclusion criteria.A total of 1225 patients were statistically analyzed,and the meta-analysis results showed that the test group with the compound Jinqiancao Granules combined with conventional Western medicine as an intervention measure had obvious advantages in improving the cure rate,total effective rate and calculi excretion rate,and in reducing the recurrence rate of renal colic compared with the treatment of simple conventional Western medicine.In addition,in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,two studies mentioned the occurrence of adverse reactions but did not record specific data,and another study recorded that no side effects occurred during treatment.Conclusion Compound Jinqiancao Granules have significant effectiveness and high safety in the treatment of urinary calculi(nonsurgical),but the exact efficacy still needs to be further confirmed by large-scale,multicenter,and high-quality randomized controlled trial studies in clinical pr actice.
