摘要
在新形势下,传统成本管理逐渐凸显弊端,既无法提高企业经营管理水平,也无法保证成本控制力度,由此推动了精细化管理在成本管理中的应用。对饲料企业而言,精细化成本管理强调对生产管理全过程的成本控制,力求从细微处发现和解决成本超支、资料浪费等问题。基于此,本文首先分析了饲料企业加强成本管理的重要意义,然后阐述了在成本管理中遇到的难题,最后有针对性地提出了饲料企业精细化成本管理的优化策略,以期帮助饲料企业实现降低成本,提高经济效益的目的。
In the new situation,traditional cost management has gradually highlighted its drawbacks,which cannot improve the level of enterprise management and ensure cost control,thus promoting the application of refined management in cost management.For feed enterprises,refined cost management emphasizes cost control throughout the entire production management process,striving to discover and solve problems such as cost overruns and data waste from a subtle perspective.Based on this,this article first analyzes the important significance of strengthening cost management in feed enterprises,then elaborates on the difficult issues in cost management,and finally proposes targeted optimization strategies for refined cost management in feed enterprises,hoping to help feed enterprises achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving economic benefits.
