摘要
温室气体CO_(2)的大量排放引发了气候变化等诸多环境问题。针对CO_(2)的资源化利用,介绍了生物酶技术转化CO_(2)的研究进展,分析了天然固碳途径和人工固碳途径中关键固碳酶的改造与设计,总结了酶催化CO_(2)技术中典型生物酶(碳酸酐酶、甲酸脱氢酶)的固定化以及多酶体系的联合催化,并指出了当前生物酶技术存在的缺陷和未来研究方向。
The massive emission of greenhouse gas CO_(2) has caused many environmental issues such as climate change.Aiming at resource utilization of CO_(2),this paper introduces the research progress of enzyme technology for CO_(2) conversion,analyzes the modification and design of key carbon fixing enzymes in natural and artificial carbon fixing pathways,summarizes the immobilization of typical enzymes(such as carbonic anhydrase and formate dehydrogenase)in enzyme catalyzed CO_(2) technology and the joint catalysis by multiple enzyme systems,and points out the shortcomings and future research directions of current enzyme technology.
