摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在门诊候诊患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院60例门诊候诊患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理。比较两组护理满意度、心理状态、意外事件发生情况。结果:观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。观察组意外事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。护理前,两组心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组心理状态评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在门诊候诊患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度,改善患者心理状态,避免意外事件,可在临床应用并予以推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in outpatient waiting patients.Methods:Sixty outpatient waiting patients in Huai'an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,while the observation group implemented humanized nursing on the basis of control group.Nursing satisfaction,psychological state,and occurrence of unexpected events were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).The incidence of unexpected events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological state scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the psychological state scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in outpatient waiting patients has a significant effect,which can improve patient's satisfaction with nursing,ameliorate patients'psychological state,and avoid unexpected events,and it can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
