摘要
目的对比分析不同机种飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出情况,为提升飞行人员甲状腺疾病防治策略提供参考。方法回顾分析2019年1月—2021年12月临潼康复疗养中心飞行人员大体检资料,对其甲状腺疾病检出情况进行疾病谱分析。结果2019、2020和2021年飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出率依次为24.84%、28.71%、30.15%,且差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.91,P=0.048)。按照甲状腺疾病检出率的高低排序,依次为甲状腺结节、慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎、无痛性甲状腺炎、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减低。不同年度运输机和轰炸机飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.53、8.22,P=0.005、0.016),其中运输机飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出率略高(30.33%),轰炸机飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出率次之(27.34%),直升机飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出率居第3(26.36%),歼击机飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出率最低(25.60%)。结论飞行人员甲状腺疾病检出率有上升趋势,运输机甲状腺疾病检出率略高,应尽快施行甲状腺疾病综合防治措施,提升飞行人员健康水平。
Objective To compare and analyze the incidence of thyroid diseases among flight personnel of different types of aircraft in order to provide reference for improving the related strategies for prevention and treatment.Methods The data on medical examination of flight personnel in Lintong Rehabilitation and Convalescent Center between January 2019 and December 2021 was reviewed before the disease spectrum of thyroid diseases was analyzed.Results The detection rates of thyroid diseases among flight personnel in 2019,2020 and 2021 were 24.84%,28.71%,and 30.15%respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.91,P=0.048).In terms of detection rates,the dominating condition was thyroid nodules,followed by chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis,painless thyroiditis,hyperthyroidism,and hypothyroidism.There was statistically significant difference in the detection rate of thyroid diseases between pilots of transport aircraft and those of bomber aircraft(χ^(2)=10.53,8.22;P=0.005,0.016).The detection rate of thyroid diseases was the highest(30.33%)among pilots of transport aircraft,followed by 27.34%among pilots of bombers and 26.36%in helicopter pilots,but was the lowest(25.60%)in fighter flight personnel.Conclusion The detection rate of thyroid diseases in flight personnel is on the rise.Thyroid diseases are more prevalent in pilots of transport aircraft.Integrated control is needed to improve the health level of flight personnel.
