摘要
目的:探究老年血液透析护理个性化健康宣教的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年7月厦门莲花医院行血液透析的老年患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化健康宣教,将2组的并发症发生率、生命质量、睡眠质量进行统计和评估,并将各项指标的评估结果进行比较。结果:护理后,与对照组比较,观察组的并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);患者的睡眠与生命质量均有改善,而观察组的睡眠及生命质量均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:对老年血液透析患者实施个性化健康宣教可获得理想效果,一方面可降低并发症的发生风险,另一方面,有利于改善患者的睡眠和生命质量,在临床上有推广价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized health education in the nursing of elderly patients with hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 84 elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the main objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized health education.The incidence of complications,quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups were statistically evaluated,and the evaluation results of each index were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The quality of life and sleep quality of the two groups were improved after nursing.The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the sleep quality score was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of personalized health education for elderly patients with hemodialysis can achieve ideal results.On the one hand,it can reduce the risk of complications,and on the other hand,it is beneficial for improving the quality of sleep and life of patients,which has promotional value in clinical practice.
