摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌化疗患者采用全程追踪责任制护理模式对癌性疲乏、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年12月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院收治的宫颈癌化疗患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全程追踪责任制护理干预,比较2组癌性疲乏、睡眠质量。结果:护理后,2组癌症疲乏量表(CFS)评分降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);护理后,2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:将全程追踪责任制护理应用于宫颈癌化疗患者中,可改善患者癌性疲乏状态,使其睡眠质量得到提升。
Objective:To explore the impact of the full process tracking responsibility nursing model on cancer fatigue and sleep quality in cervical cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 90 cervical cancer chemotherapy patients who were admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group(n=45)and a control group(n=45)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group received full process tracking responsibility nursing intervention.Cancer fatigue and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the full process tracking responsibility nursing model to cervical cancer chemotherapy patients can improve their cancerous fatigue state and improve sleep quality.
