摘要
目的:探究疼痛干预在急诊创伤骨折患者护理上的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年6月福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院急诊科收治的创伤骨科患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加疼痛干预,比较2组的疼痛、焦虑和睡眠质量改善程度。结果:1)疼痛。护理后,2组的疼痛评分均低于护理前,且观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)焦虑。护理后,2组的焦虑评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;3)睡眠质量。2组护理后的睡眠质量评分均小于护理前,观察组的各项睡眠质量评分及总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊创伤骨科患者实施疼痛干预既有利于减轻其疼痛程度,又可以改善其焦虑情绪,减轻其睡眠障碍,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of pain intervention in the nursing of emergency patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:Seventy traumatic orthopedic patients admitted to the emergency department of Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the main objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The improvement of pain,anxiety and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:1)Pain:the pain scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).2)Anxiety:anxiety scores were reduced in both groups,the anxiety score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that before nursing and that of the control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).3)Sleep quality:the sleep quality scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the sleep quality scores and total scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain intervention for emergency traumatic orthopedics patients can not only reduce the degree of pain,but also improve the anxiety of patients and reduce their sleep disorders,which is worthy of popularization and application.
