摘要
为了探究猪粪和椰糠作为原料配置育苗基质的可行性,以红珍珠番茄品种为试材,通过选择猪粪、椰糠、蚯蚓粪和蛭石4种材料复配成育苗基质,研究不同配比下基质的理化特性及番茄苗期的生理指标,并运用灰色关联度对不同配比基质处理下的幼苗进行综合分析。结果表明:T4处理(猪粪∶椰糠∶蚯蚓粪∶蛭石=4∶3∶1∶1)下的番茄幼苗在播种50 d后,其株高和茎粗表现最佳,T4处理下的番茄幼苗可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和根系活力均显著优于其他基质。灰色关联度分析结果为T4评价最高。猪粪和椰糠可以作为原料配置育苗基质,且猪粪∶椰糠∶蚯蚓粪∶蛭石=4∶3∶1∶1为最佳配方,本研究进一步扩宽了蔬菜育苗基质配方的思路。
This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of using pig manure and coconut coir as raw materials to configure seedling substrates.Red Pearl tomato variety was selected as the test material.Four materials,including pig manure,coconut coir,earthworm castings,and vermiculite,were selected and combined to form seedling substrates.The physical and chemical properties of the substrates and the physiological indicators of tomato seedlings were studied under different ratios.The grey relation analysis was used to comprehensively analyze the seedlings under different substrate treatments.The results showed that the tomato seedlings under the T4 treatment(pig manure:coconut coir∶earthworm castings∶vermiculite=4∶3∶1∶1)had the best plant height and stem diameter 50 days after sowing.The soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,and root activity of the tomato seedlings under the T4 treatment were significantly higher than those of the other substrates.The grey relation analysis results indicated that T4 had the highest evaluation.Pig manure and coconut coir can be used as raw materials to configure seedling substrates,and the optimal ratio is pig manure:coconut coir∶earthworm castings∶vermiculite=4∶3∶1∶1.This study further broadens the ideas for formulating vegetable seedling substrate recipes.
