摘要
在“互联网+”背景下,教育学籍档案管理技术作为网络技术与教育领域档案管理工作融合的新形态,将为我国成人继续教育档案管理提供全新的工作思路。目前在教育学籍档案管理技术现代化的具体工作中,仍存在档案管理意识薄弱、管理方式滞后、缺乏专业化管理人员等问题。为此,管理人员应采取有效的应对措施,提升档案管理意识,建立切合实际的高校学生档案管理制度,建立专业化、信息化档案管理人才队伍,实现教育学籍档案管理技术高质量发展。
Under the background of"Internet+",educational student status archives management technology,as a new form of integrating the network technology and educational field archives management,will provide a new thinking for our country's adult continuing education archives management.In the specific work of the modernization of educational student status management technology,there are still problems such as weak awareness of archives management,lagging management mode,lack of professional management personnel and so forth.Therefore,management personnel should take effective measures to enhance the awareness of archives management,establish a practical college student archives management system,build a professional and information-based management personnel team,and realize the high-quality development of student status archives management technology.
