摘要
目的:了解辽宁省老年人健康体检状况,为全省老年人健康管理提供依据。方法:选取2022年在辽宁省3个地级市,每市各2个社区卫生服务中心和2个乡镇卫生院参加免费体检的28182名≥65岁老年人作为研究对象,对其体检结果进行统计分析。结果:在28182名老年人中,血脂异常、高血压、高空腹血糖、腰围异常、BMI异常、心电图异常的检出率分别为59.81%、36.12%、31.52%、39.42%、14.50%、43.21%。女性高血压、血脂异常、BMI异常、腰围异常比例均高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.827、603.274、96.133、335.324,P值均<0.05);男性心电图异常比例高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.627,P<0.05)。乡镇居民高血压、BMI异常、腰围异常和心电图异常比例均高于城市居民,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2138.731、474.106、979.265、9.641,P值均<0.05),城市居民高空腹血糖、血脂异常比例高于乡镇居民,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=231.793、209.234,P值均<0.05)。随着年龄的增长,老年人高血压、高空腹血糖、心电图异常比例上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辽宁省老年人总体健康水平不容乐观,基层医疗卫生机构医务人员应为老年人提供个性化的健康管理,延长老年人的健康寿命。
OBJECTIVE To understand the health status of the elderly people in Liaoning and provide scientific basis for better health management of the elderly.METHODS A total of 28182 elderly people≥65 participated in free physical examination in a community of Liaoning in 2022 were selected as the research objects,and their physical examination results were statistically ana⁃lyzed.RESULTS Among 28182 elderly people,the detection rates of blood lipid abnormality,hypertension,hyperglycemia,central obesity,BMI(obesity)and ECG abnormality were 59.81%,36.12%,31.52%,39.42%,14.50%and 43.21%,respectively.The detec⁃tion rates blood lipid abnormality(χ^(2)=603.274),hypertension(χ^(2)=7.827),central obesity(χ^(2)=335.324),BMI(obesity)(χ^(2)=96.133)and ECG abnormality(χ^(2)=17.627)of the elderly in different genders were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates blood lipid abnormality,hypertension(χ^(2)=2138.731),hyperglycemia(χ^(2)=231.793),central obesity(χ^(2)=979.265),BMI(obe⁃sity)(χ^(2)=474.106)and ECG abnormality(χ^(2)=9.641)of the elderly in different places of residence were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the detection rates of hypertension,hyperglycemia,ECG abnormality for the elderly in different age groups.CONCLUSION The over all health status of the elderly in Liaoning is not optimistic.In the future work,commu⁃nity-level medical and health care institutions should provide personalized health management services for the elderly to extending the healthy lifespan of the elderly.
