南通市地铁1号线各车站集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况调查 被引量:1

Investigation on Microbial Contamination of Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System before Operation of Each station of Nantong Metro Line 1

摘要 目的:了解南通市地铁1号线各车站内集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况,为地铁的卫生防疫和环境质量检测提供科学依据。方法:2022年7—9月,对南通市地铁28个车站的集中空调通风系统开展卫生检测。结果:送风管内表面细菌总数初检合格率为97.6%~98.8%,真菌总数初检合格率为98.8%~99.4%;初检送风中微生物细菌总数合格率为92.9%,而真菌总数合格率偏低,为35.7%~50.0%;本次检测未检出β-溶血性链球菌和嗜肺军团菌。地铁站对不合格项目整改后,复检结果显示,送风中真菌总数合格率仍较低,个别检测点污染物检出率较高,最高超标达3.8倍,其余指标合格率均达100.0%。结论:南通市地铁1号线集中空调通风系统微生物污染主要是送风中真菌超标,需要加强卫生监督,改进集中空调通风系统清洗、消毒方式,综合整治地铁站周边环境。 OBJECTIVE To comprehend the microbial contamination of the Nantong Metro Line 1 stations'central air condition⁃ing ventilation system,and to offer a scientific foundation for monitoring environmental quality of the subway as well as preventing disease and epidemics.METHODS From July to September of 2022,health monitoring was carried out on the central air conditioning ventilation system of 28 stations in Nantong subway.RESULTS The initial qualified rates of the total number of bacteria and fungi were 97.6%to 98.8%and 98.8%to 99.4%,respectively,on the inner surface of the air supply tube.In the initial inspection of mi⁃croorganisms in air supply,only a low qualified rate of 35.7%to 50%of the total number of fungi was identified,compared to 92.9%of the total number of bacteria that were qualified.During the monitoring,neither Legionella pneumophila norβ-hemolytic strepto⁃coccus were found.After the rectification of unqualified items,in the rechecked air supply,the qualified rate of the total number of fungi was still not encouraging.The detection value of individual detection points was higher,the highest exceeding standard was 3.8 times,and the other indicators all qualified at 100%.CONCLUSION The microbial pollution characteristics of the central air condi⁃tioning ventilation system of Nantong Metro Line 1 are mainly that the fungi in the air supply exceed the standard.It is necessary to strengthen health supervision,improve cleaning and disinfection methods,and comprehensively improve the surrounding environment.
