临床路径式教学法对呼吸内科教学查房的作用

摘要 目的分析临床路径式教学法在呼吸内科教学查房中的作用。方法选取2021年9月于九江市第三人民医院呼吸内科实习的72名实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36名。对照组使用常规教学方法,观察组采用临床路径式教学法,比较两组学习效果、课堂效果、临床评估训练、360度评价、教学认可程度、教学满意度。结果观察组专业基础理论、病例处理能力、基本操作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习主动性和自觉性、查阅资料能力、专业理论知识理解能力、有效沟通和交流能力、临床逻辑思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组问诊技巧、体格检查、临床诊断、诊疗计划、操作技能、人文关怀、组织能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组老师评价、自我评价、护士评价、患者评价、同行评价评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组提高了对呼吸内科的兴趣、培养了临床思维能力、提高了理解能力、提高了综合分析能力、提高了学习积极性、提高了学习效率、提高了自主学习能力认可度占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学法应用于呼吸内科教学查房效果显著,可提高实习生学习成绩及教学满意度,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the role of clinical pathway teaching method on ward rounds in respiratory medicine teaching.Methods A to-tal of 72 interns who practiced in the department of respiratory medicine of the Jiujiang Third People's Hospital of in September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 interns in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the observation group used clinical pathway teaching methods.The learning effect,classroom effect,clinical evaluation training,360-degree evaluation,teaching recognition,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of professional basic theory,case handling ability and basic operation ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning initiative and con-sciousness,data access ability,professional theoretical knowledge understanding ability,effective communication and communication ability,and clinical logical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of inquiry skills,physical examination,clinical diagnosis,diagnosis and treatment plan,operation skills,humanistic care and organizational ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teacher evaluation,self-evaluation,nurse evaluation,patient evaluation and peer evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of improved their interest in respiratory medicine,cultivated their clinical thinking ability,improved their understanding ability,improved their comprehensive analysis ability,improved their learning enthusiasm,improved their learning efficiency,and improved their recognition of autonomous learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method has a significant effect on the teaching rounds of respiratory medicine,which can improve the academic performance and teaching satisfac-tion of interns,it is worthy of popularization and application.
