摘要
加氢站作为氢能产业终端应用的重要基础设施,是“双碳”背景下推广氢能布局的关键环节。现有加氢站的建造和设计过程中存在不合理和不符合产业发展的现象。从反向监测氢气纯度控制、加氢站冷却系统节能控制、站内制氢加氢一体化节能减排优化、氢气压缩机节能等多个方面对加氢站的节能减排和降本增效提出优化措施,为后续加氢站的设计和建造进一步优化提供合理建议。
As a main terminal application infrastructure of hydrogen energy industry,hydrogen fueling station is the key to promote hydrogen energy layout under the background of"carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutrality".There exist unreasonable factors and the phenomena inconsistent with industrial development in the construction and design of existing hydrogen refueling stations.Some optimization measures are proposed for energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase of the hydrogenation station from the aspects such as reverse monitoring the hydrogen purity control,energy-saving control in hydrogen refueling station cooling system,integrating energy-saving and emission reduction optimization of hydrogen production and hydrogen fueling in the station,and energy-saving for hydrogen compressors.It aims to provide reasonable suggestions for the further optimization of the construction and design of hydrogen fueling station.
