摘要
中药渣是中草药加工的副产品,是一种优质的可再利用资源。中药渣经发酵后能有效替代抗生素用于动物生产,不仅可以有效缓解粗饲料的不足,扩大饲料来源;而且对动物的生长、保健和抗应激等有重要的促进作用。本文综述了发酵中药渣的营养价值、安全性评价及其对猪、禽等动物生长、免疫、肠道健康的影响,以期为中药渣饲料资源开发利用及在动物生产中的应用提供参考。
Chinese medicinal residue is a by-product of Chinese herbal processing.It is an excellent reusable resource.After fermentation,Chinese medicinal residue can effectively replace antibiotics in animal production.This can effectively alleviate the shortage of roughage and expand feed sources.It plays an important role in promoting the growth,health care and antistress of animals.The Nutritional value and safety evaluation of fermentation Chinese herb residues and its effects on animal growth,immunity and intestinal health were reviewed,which provides reference for the exploitation and utilization of Chinese medicine residue feed resources and its application in other animal production.
