VR技术在中医穴位针灸教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究中医穴位针灸教学应用VR技术的实际效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年4月河南护理职业学院120名针灸推拿专业学生为研究对象,根据时间不同分为对照组(2022年5—11月)常规教学模式和研究组(2022年12月—2023年4月)实施VR技术下的创新教学模式。对比两组学生学习效果、考试成绩以及教学满意度。结果研究组学生激发学习兴趣、提升学习效率、参与课堂互动、掌握理论知识、提高实践能力、培养自学能力、扩展学习思路、提高教学满意度等学习效果评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生笔试成绩及腧穴定位、刺法灸法等实践成绩等考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生趣味性、交互性、对知识学习的帮助性、自主学习能力提高程度、操作方便性、操作参与度以及学习效果与记忆深刻等教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位针灸教学应用VR技术下的创新教学模式可显著提高学生学习效果、提升学习成绩、强化教学方法认可度。 Objective To explore the practical effect of VR technology applied in acupuncture teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 120 students majoring in acupuncture and massage in Henan Nursing Voca⁃tional College from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(May to November 2022)implemented conventional teaching mode and research group(December 2022 to April 2023)imple⁃mented innovative teaching mode under VR technology.according to different time periods.The study effect,exam re⁃sults and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of stimulating learning interest,improving learning efficiency,participating in classroom interaction,mastering theoretical knowledge,improv⁃ing practical ability,cultivating self-learning ability,expanding learning ideas,and improving teaching satisfaction of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The scores of written test,acupoint location,acupuncture and moxibustion in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction scores of students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,such as interest⁃ingness,interactivity,help to knowledge learning,improvement of autonomous learning ability,ease of operation,op⁃eration participation,learning effect and deep memory,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The innovative teaching mode of VR technology in acupoint acupuncture teaching of traditional Chinese medi⁃cine can significantly improve students'learning effect,improve their academic performance and strengthen the recog⁃nition of teaching methods.
