摘要 以新能源汽车驱动电机与控制技术为例,充分挖掘课程的思政元素,将其有机融合到课程目标、教学内容中,通过构建“12345”课程思政教学模式,校企协同“思政育人”,实现思想政治教育与技术技能教育的有机统一。通过课堂实训现场和企业现场,做到全员、全方位、全过程育人,将思政融入贯通到“课标、课堂、课业、评价”中,实现“穿针引线”,让学生真正做到“德技双修”。 Taking the drive motor and control technology of new energy vehicles as an example,the article fully explores the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,organically integrates them into the curriculum objectives and teaching content,and realizes the organic unity of ideological and political education and technical skills education by constructing the ideological and political teaching mode of the"12345"curriculum,and the school-enterprise cooperation of"ideological and political education".Through the classroom training site and the enterprise site,we can educate people in all aspects,all-round and whole-process,integrate ideology and politics into the"course standard,classroom,coursework,and evaluation",realize"threading the needle",and let students truly achieve"dual study of German and technical skills".
