Ti/PbO_(2)电极与Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系降解酸性大红染料废水的比较研究

摘要 为比较Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系降解酸性大红(GR)染料废水的处理效果,并确定体系最佳工艺参数。分别对Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系内初始pH、染料初始浓度、电流密度、电解质浓度对GR染料降解率的影响进行了探索,比较工艺参数优化后两催化体系的GR降解率、电极形貌及TOC去除率。结果表明,工艺参数优化后(初始pH 6.38,染料初始浓度100 mg/L,电流密度50 mA/cm^(2),电解质浓度0.1 mg/L),Ti/PbO_(2)电极和Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极催化体系GR去除率分别可达98.3%和61.1%,TOC去除率为25.4%和13.5%;结合电极表面形貌分析,Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)电极表面损毁较明显,而Ti/PbO_(2)电极表面变化不大。因此,Ti/PbO_(2)电极催化体系GR降解率、TOC去除率均较高,且电极稳定性较好。研究结果为进一步推动电催化法在染料废水处理实际应用领域提供了理论参考。 In order to compare the effects of degradation of acid scarlet(GR)wastewater with Ti/PbO_(2)electrode and Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)electrode catalytic systems and determine the optimum process conditions,the effects of initial pH,initial dye concentration,current density and electrolyte concentration on the GR degradation rate in the Ti/PbO_(2)and Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)electrode catalytic systems were explored,respectively.The GR degradation rate,electrode morphology and TOC removal rate in the two catalytic systems were compared after the process conditions were optimized.The results showed that under optimized process conditions(initial pH 6.38,initial dye concentration 100 mg/L,current density 50 mA/cm^(2)and electrolyte concentration 0.1 mg/L),the GR removal rates of the Ti/PbO_(2)electrode and the Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)electrode could reach 98.3%and 61.1%,respectively,and the TOC removal rates were 25.4%and 13.5%.The analysis of the electrode surface morphology indicated that the surface of the Ti/IrO_(2)+Ta_(2)O_(5)electrode was obviously damaged,while there was little change in the surface of the Ti/PbO_(2)electrode.Therefore,the Ti/PbO_(2)electrode catalytic system has a higher GR degradation rate and TOC removal rate and excellent electrode stability.The results of this study provide a theoretical reference to promoting the application of electrocatalysi s in dye wastewater treatment.
