摘要
科技与教育融合是未来发展的必经之路。近年来,人工智能产业进入高速发展期,人工智能技术对工商管理类专业创新型人才培养的影响不仅体现在提供了大学教育的新手段与新动能,还包括新时代社会对人才需求的变化带来的新要求与新挑战,将会引发高等学校人才培养模式的重大变革。结合工商管理类专业创新型人才培养的本质要求,从重塑培养目标、优化培养方案和创新组织形式三方面对人工智能时代工商管理类专业创新型人才培养模式的设计提出了建议,具体包括以“懂理论、懂技术、懂实践”作为培养目标,通过优化课程体系、强化实践教学和完善评价机制等途径优化培养方案,并实施探索推进分类导师制、打造创新型教学团队和构建校企双主体基层教学组织等举措变革组织形式。
The integration of technology and education is a necessary path for future development.In recent years,China’s artificial intelligence industry has entered a period of rapid development.The impact of artificial intelligence technology on the cultivation of innovative talents in business administration majors is not only reflected in providing new university educational methods and driving forces,but also in the new requirements and challenges brought about by changes in talent demand in the new era society,which will trigger a significant change in the talent cultivation mode of higher education institutions.This article combines the essential requirements of cultivating innovative talents in business administration majors,and proposes suggestions for the design of innovative talent cultivation models in business administration majors in the era of artificial intelligence from three aspects:reshaping cultivation goals,optimizing cultivation plans,innovating organizational forms,including taking“understanding theory,technology,and practice”as the training goal,optimizing the training plan through optimizing the curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,and improving evaluation mechanisms,and exploring measures such as promoting the classified mentor system,creating innovative teaching teams,and building a grassroots teaching organization with dual subjects of school and enterprise to reform the organizational form.
