摘要
目的探讨脾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者应用穴位埋线联合中药治疗的效果。方法选取60例脾虚痰湿型PCOS患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组予以屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)治疗,试验组予以穴位埋线联合中药治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及中医证候积分。结果治疗后试验组FPG、FINS及HOMA-IR水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及睾酮(T)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脾虚痰湿型PCOS患者应用穴位埋线联合中药治疗,能够显著改善患者代谢指标、性激素水平及临床症状,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint catenary combined with Chinese medicine on spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome(Pcos).Methods 60 patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type PCOS were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets(Yasmin),and the experimental group was treated with acupoint embedding combined with Chinese medicine.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),sex hormone levels,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR in test group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catch-embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve metabolic indexes,sex hormone levels and clinical symptoms of patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness Pcos,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
