摘要
本文研究了白酒固形物有机成分,利用气相色谱法分析了特香型白酒基酒固形物的有机成分及其含量,旨在提升白酒基酒的质量。
In this paper,the organic components of Baijiu solids were studied,and the organic components and content of Baijiu based solids of special flavor liquor were analyzed by gas chromatography in order to improve the quality of Baijiu based liquor.
