摘要
针对传统建筑给排水吸附材料价格昂贵、饱和吸附量低的问题,以廉价的凹凸棒石为原料,制备出一种新型吸附材料。试验通过动力学模型对吸附剂在一元和二元重金属体系中的吸附作用进行模拟,对吸附剂的吸附作用进行表征。试验结果表明,拟二级模型更符合凹凸棒石基碳气凝胶吸附重金属离子的过程,在pH值为6、吸附时间为40 min的条件下,一元离子体系中,吸附剂对铅离子和铜离子的吸附量分别为261.43 mg/g和71.64 mg/g;二元离子吸附体系中,吸附剂对铅离子和铜离子的吸附量分别为84.12 mg/g和33.26 mg/g,吸附剂表现出良好的吸附性能。同时从吸附量结果可以发现,吸附剂对铅离子的吸附亲和度明显高于铜离子。
Aiming at the problems of high price and low saturated adsorption capacity of traditional building water supply and drainage adsorption materials,a new type of adsorption material was prepared from cheap attapulgite.The experiment simulates the adsorption of the adsorbent in the single and binary heavy metal systems through the kinetic model,and characterizes the adsorption of the adsorbent.The experimental results showed that the pseudo second order model is more consistent with the process of adsorption of heavy metal ions by attapulgite based carbon aerogel.When the pH value is 6 and the adsorption time is 40 min,the adsorption capacity of lead ion and copper ion by the adsorbent in the single ion system is 261.43 mg/g and 71.64 mg/g respectively;In the binary ion adsorption system,the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for lead ion and copper ion is 84.12 mg/g and 33.26 mg/g respectively,and the adsorbent shows good adsorption performance.At the same time,from the results of adsorption capacity,it can be found that the adsorption affinity of the adsorbent for lead ion is significantly higher than that of copper ion.
