摘要
随着人口老龄化不断加速,养老服务业迅速发展,社会对老年护理人才的数量及质量要求不断提高。本文以本校护理专业中高职“3+2”衔接、高职五年一贯制学生为研究对象,将护理专业老年护理方向纳入“中高职一体化长学制培养项目”,结合近5年老年护理产教融合育人模式研究和实践,从构建以“医养结合”“1+X”老年照护为特色的高职老年护理产教融合实践平台、人才培养模式、教学体系、师资队伍建设、教学质量保证体系5个方面,探讨适合我国老龄化和养老产业特点的老年护理人才培养模式,以期为全国各高职院校老年护理人才培养提供参考。
With the continuous acceleration of the aging of population,the elderly care service industry is developing rapidly,and the demand for the quantity and quality of elderly care talents in society is constantly on the increase.This article focuses on the nursing students from the“3+2”program as well as the five-year consistent program in vocational colleges,and includes the elderly care direction of nursing majors in the“Integrated Long-term Education Program For Vocational and Secondary Education”.Based on the research and practice of the integration of elderly care industry and education in the past five years,this article explores the cultivation mode of the elderly care talents suitable for the characteristics of Chinese aging population and elderly care industry from five aspects.We construct a platform which integrates elderly care industry and vocational education with the characteristics of“medical and nursing integration”,“1+X”elderly care,talent cultivation mode,teaching system,the construction of teaching staff and the guarantee system of teaching quality.We hope that this article can provide reference for the cultivation of elderly care talents in various vocational colleges across the country.
