摘要
气象部门开展日常工作时较为依赖气象综合观测系统,故需确保气象综合观测系统处于有效、稳定的运行状态。在气象综合观测系统运行过程中,监控信息化是当前的重要思路,强调借助信息技术,监控气象综合观测系统的运行情况,从而确保所记录气象数据的完整性、精确性。当前,气象综合观测系统的运行监控信息化已有效实现了业务工作信息化、业务管理信息化、业务流程信息化,对气象事业的健康发展意义重大。围绕气象综合观测系统的运行监控信息化开展探究,指出了气象综合观测系统运行监控信息化评估的要点,提出了促进气象综合观测系统运行监控信息化发展的措施,即完善运行监控信息化体系、强调气象部门业务流程的信息化、提高运行监控信息化的可操作性。
The meteorological department relies on the integrated meteorological observation system to carry out daily work,so it is necessary to ensure the effective and stable operation of the integrated meteorological observation system.In the operation process of meteorological integrated observation system,monitoring information is an important idea at present,emphasizing the use of information technology means to monitor the operation of meteorological integrated observation system,so as to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the recorded meteorological data.At present,the operation and monitoring information of meteorological integrated observation system has effectively realized the information of business work,business management and business process,which is of great significance to the healthy development of meteorological undertakings.This paper probes into the operation monitoring information of the meteorological comprehensive observation system,points out the key points of the evaluation of operation monitoring information of the meteorological comprehensive observation system,and puts forward measures to promote the development of operation monitoring information of the meteorological comprehensive observation system,namely,improving the operation monitoring information system,emphasizing the information of the meteorological department's business process,and improving the operability of operation monitoring information.
