摘要
目前,位于长江漫滩区的建筑深基坑施工,存在施工后地表沉降量大、受力变形大等问题,严重影响施工项目的整体质量。为促进建筑施工的可持续发展,引入TRD工法,对漫滩区建筑深基坑施工技术设计进行研究。以中山北路202号地下车库项目为例,对工程分别采用TRD工法与钻孔灌注桩进行计算,对比分析其受力特性。并利用ABAQUS软件对该基坑工程进行了模拟开挖,研究土体、墙体及钢支撑的受力及位移特性。
At present,the construction of deep foundation pits for buildings located in the Yangtze River floodplain area has problems such as large surface settlement and stress deformation after construction,which seriously affects the overall quality of the construction project.To promote the sustainable development of building construction,the TRD construction method is introduced to study the construction technology design of deep foundation pits in floodplain areas.Taking the underground garage project at No.202 Zhongshan North Road as an example,the TRD construction method and drilled cast-in-place piles were used to calculate and compare their stress characteristics.And ABAQUS software was used to simulate excavation of the foundation pit project,studying the stress and displacement characteristics of soil,walls,and steel supports.
