Multi-parameter Sensitivity Analysis of Construction Control of Composite Beam Cable-stayed Bridge Based on Uniform Design

摘要 为确定影响钢混组合梁斜拉桥结构响应的主要因素及其影响程度,依托某在建钢-混组合梁斜拉桥进行参数敏感性分析。采用MIDAS/Civil建立有限元仿真模型,从试验设计和统计学角度出发引入均匀设计试验、多元线形回归分析并结合统计检验方法,以成桥状态下主梁线形、主塔位移、拉索索力为结构目标响应,选取主塔和主梁混凝土梁弹性模量、斜拉索弹性模量、拉索初张力、桥面板容重、桥面板钢束张拉控制应力等参数进行敏感性分析。结果表明:拉索初张力、桥面板容重和斜拉索弹模为成桥线形、成桥塔偏的敏感参数且拉索初张力的敏感程度远大于其他两个参数,成桥索力的敏感参数为拉索初张力、桥面板容重;引入的方法可准确的获取该桥成桥状态下结构响应的敏感性参数。 To determine the main factors affecting the structural response of a steel-concrete composite beam cable-stayed bridge and its degree of influence,the parameter sensitivity analysis was carried out based on a steel-hybrid composite beam cable-stayed bridge under construction.MIDAS/Civil was used to establish a finite element simulation model,and uniform design experiments,multivariate linear regression analysis,and statistical test methods were introduced from experimental design and statistics perspectives.Taking the linear shape of the main beam,the displacement of the main tower,and the cable force of the main beam under the bridge forming state as the structural target response,the elastic modulus of the main tower and the concrete beam of the main beam,the elastic modulus of the cable,the initial tension of the cable,the bulk density of the bridge deck,and the tension control stress of the steel bundle of the bridge deck were selected for sensitivity analysis.The results show that the initial tension of the cable,the bulk density of the bridge deck,and the cable-stayed elastic mold are sensitive parameters of the linear bridge shape and the deviation of the bridge tower,and the sensitivity of the initial tension of the cable is much greater than that of the other two parameters.The sensitive parameters of the bridge cable force are the initial tension of the cable and the bulk density of the bridge deck.The proposed method can accurately obtain the sensitivity parameters of the bridge s structural response in the bridging state.
