摘要
煤气化细渣(Coal Gasification Fine Slag,简称CGFS)作为一种新型橡胶填料可以改善橡胶的性能,但CGFS在补强丁苯橡胶(Styrene Butadiene Rubber,简称SBR)方面的应用尚有待深入研究.因此,将其作为补强剂,加入丁苯橡胶中制备橡胶基复合材料,并对材料的性能进行研究.研究表明:随着CGFS的加入,复合材料的固化特性、机械性能和热稳定性增强,当SBR和CGFS的质量比为5∶2时,SBR/CGFS复合材料的固化特性和机械性能较好,热稳定性能优异.
Coal Gasification Fine Slag(CGFS)as a new type of rubber filler,can improve the performance of rubber,but the application of CGFS in reinforcing Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR)still needs further research.Therefore,it was added as a reinforcing agent to styrene butadiene rubber to prepare rubber based composite materials,and the properties of the materials were studied.Research has shown that with the addition of CGFS,the curing characteristics,mechanical properties,and thermal stability of the composite material are enhanced.When the mass ratio of SBR and CGFS is 5∶2,the curing characteristics and mechanical properties of SBR/CGFS composite material are better,and the thermal stability performance is excellent.
