摘要
甲方管理在整个施工管理中占据重要地位,通过对工程项目的经济、技术等因素严加控制,有利于实现建设项目工程的经济效益目标,推进建设项目的良好发展。文章基于建设项目工程中甲方管理的作用,分析建设项目工程中甲方管理的关键点以及相关的措施,以期能为相关工作提供参考。
Party A's management occupies an important position in the whole construction management.Through the strict control of the economic and technical factors of the project,it is conducive to achieve the economic benefits of the construction project and promote the good development of the construction project.Based on the role of Party A's management in the construction project,this paper analyzes the key points and related measures of Party A's management in the construction project,in order to provide a reference for the relevant work.
