摘要
该文简述了高校图书馆电子书平台用户画像的含义、应用目的,调查了用户画像在高校图书馆电子平台应用现状,通过分析发现用户画像在高校图书馆电子书平台应用中存在机构用户问题、个人隐私问题、法律规范问题,并从这三个问题的角度探讨了用户画像在高校图书馆电子书平台应用所受到的限制。还从用户层面、高校图书馆层面、电子书资源供应商层面分别归纳了用户画像的应用对于高校图书馆电子书平台发展的意义,论述了构建用户画像推进高校图书馆电子书平台个性化服务的模式,包括用户分析、构建用户画像、智能匹配资源及实现个性化服务。同时分析了用户画像在应用中存在的易形成信息茧房的弊端,总结了用户画像技术对高校图书馆提升个性化服务的能力,对电子书资源供应商提高资源组织与供应能力的促进作用。
By briefly describing the meaning and application purpose of user portraits in e-book platforms of university libraries,this paper investigates the application status of user portraits in e-book platforms of university libraries,and analyzes the three problems of institutional users,personal privacy and legal norms in the application of user portraits in e-book platforms of university libraries.From the perspective of these three problems,this paper discusses the limitations of the application of user portraits in e-book platforms of university libraries.From the user level,the university library level,and the e-book resource supplier level,the significance of the application of user portraits for the development of e-book platforms in university libraries is summarized.It discusses the construction of user portraits to promote the personalized service model of e-book platforms in university libraries,including user analysis,construction of user portraits,intelligent matching resources,and realization of personalized services.As well as the disadvantages of user portraits in the application that are easy to form information cocoons,this paper summarizes the ability of user portrait technology to enhance personalized services in university libraries,and promotes the ability of e-book resource suppliers to improve resource organization and supply.
