摘要
随着经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提升,电力需求量明显增加,为保证全社会用电稳定持久、安全可靠,电力工程的施工质量、施工进度管控十分重要,其是保证电力正常供应的重要条件。而在工程施工过程中,现场安全管理同样至关重要。当前,工程建设任务繁重,施工队伍较多、劳务分包普遍、人员水平参差不齐,施工现场安全管控存在极大困难。如何进一步提高安全管理水平,控制安全风险,保障作业安全,是电力施工企业首要考虑的问题。为此,对电力工程施工现场安全管理内容进行了分析,并对管理模式以及评价体系的构建展开了探讨。
With the development of the economy and the improvement of people′s living standards,the demand for electricity has significantly increased.In order to ensure the stability,durability,safety,and reliability of electricity consumption in the whole society,the construction quality and progress control of power engineering are very important.They are important conditions for ensuring the normal supply of electricity.During the construction process,on-site safety management is equally crucial.At present,the construction tasks are heavy,there are many construction teams,labor subcontracting is common,and personnel levels are uneven.There are great difficulties in safety control at the construction site.How to further improve the level of safety management,control safety risks,and ensure operational safety is the primary consideration for power construction enterprises.Therefore,an analysis was conducted on the safety management content of power engineering construction sites,and discussions were conducted on the construction of management models and evaluation systems.
