摘要
为提高砖混类水泥稳定碎石的性能,通过在砖混类水泥稳定碎石中加入离子固化剂,借助固化剂和细骨料之间的离子交换和与活性物质的交联反应,改善再生骨料的性能;通过无侧限抗压强度、动弹模量和抗冲刷试验,验证了离子固化剂对砖混类水泥稳定碎石路用性能的改善效果。试验结果表明:离子固化剂的添加显著提升了水泥稳定的砖混建筑固废混合料的路用性能。随着离子固化剂掺量的增加,砖混类水泥稳定碎石的强度和抗压回弹模量均显著增大,同时,冲刷质量损失也呈现下降的趋势。但当固化剂掺量超过0.1%时,抗压回弹模量的增大趋势显著减缓,冲刷质量损失的减小趋势也相对较为缓慢。
In order to improve the performance of brickconcrete cement stabilized crushed stone,the performance of recycled aggregate is improved by adding ionic curing agent to the brick-concrete cement stabilized crushed stone,and by means of ion exchange between curing agent and fine aggregate and crosslinking reaction with active substances.Through the unconfined compressive strength,dynamic elastic modulus and anti-scouring test,the improvement effect of ionic curing agent on the road performance of brick-concrete cement stabilized gravel was verified.The test results show that the addition of ionic curing agent significantly improves the road performance of cement stabilized brick-concrete building solid waste mixture.With the increase of the content of ionic curing agent,the strength and compressive rebound modulus of brick-concrete cement stabilized macadam increase significantly,and the erosion mass loss also shows a downward trend.However,when the content of curing agent exceeds 0.1%,the increasing trend of compressive resilience modulus is significantly slowed down,and the decreasing trend of erosion mass loss is relatively slow.
