摘要
近年2型糖尿病(T2DM)作为一种常见的慢性代谢性疾病,常合并心血管疾病,对人类身体健康造成威胁。T2DM合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病,CHD)是糖尿病(DM)血管类的主要并发症,病死率高,T2DM与CHD作为两个独立的危险因素,但两者的发病存在着一些共同机制,T2DM合并CHD的冠状动脉较单纯CHD患者更严重、病情更复杂、且预后不佳。本文旨在从病因病机、证型分布、中医药及中西医治疗,小结等方面总结近年来在此方面的研究进展,为今后T2DM合并CHD的治疗提供新的帮助。
In recent years,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),as a common chronic metabolic disease,is often associated with cardiovascular diseases and poses a threat to human health.T2DM with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease,CHD)is the main vascular complication of diabetes mellitus(CDM),with high mortality.T2DM and CHD are two independent risk factors,but there are some common mechanisms in their pathogenesis.The coronary artery of T2DM with CHD is more serious,the condition is more complicated and the prognosis is poor than that of patients with CHD alone.This paper aims to summarize the research progress in this field in recent years from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,distribution of syndrome types,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and summary,so as to provide new help for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease in the future.
