摘要
目的分析产后康复护理服务在降低产后尿失禁及盆腔器官脱垂的发生率、盆底功能恢复效果。方法在我院2022年7月至2023年7月期间100例产妇作为本次的研究对象,通过随机数字抽签的方式各分为50例。对照组进行常规护理服务,观察组在此基础上联用产后康复护理服务,分析护理后的尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂发生率、盆底功能恢复、WHOQOL-BREF生活质量的情况。结果干预前,组间的盆底肌力、生活质量评分对比差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的尿失禁和盆腔器官脱垂的发生率低于对照组,且观察组的盆底功能肌力及肌电值、生活质量评分高于对照组,Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维持续收缩压高于对照组,两组之间的对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后康复护理服务在降低产后尿失禁和盆腔器官脱垂不良事件方面具有重要作用,能促进盆底功能的恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing service on reducing the incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse,and the recovery of basin function.Methods From July 2022 to July 2023,100 puerpera in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Each was divided into 50 cases by random number drawing.The control group received routine nursing services.On this basis,the observation group combined with postpartum rehabilitation nursing services.The incidence of urinary incontinence,pelvic organ prolapse,pelvic floor function recovery,and WHOQOL-BREF quality of life after nursing were analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of basin functional muscle strength,EMG and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The sustained systolic blood pressure of classⅠand classⅡmuscle fibers in the observation group were higher than that of control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Postpartum rehabilitation nursing service plays an important role in reducing the adverse events of postpartum urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse,can promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.
