矿用蓄电池特种车辆用变频牵引电机的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 传统交流变频调速系统只有恒转矩段和恒功率段,且恒转矩段约占整个调速范围的1/2,中频段特性比较硬,转矩不会跟随转速的变化而变化。为了让交流变频调速系统满足矿用蓄电池特种车辆的牵引工况,模拟直流调速系统的低速大扭矩“挖掘机”软特性,以DC 128 V的矿用铅酸蓄电池铲运车为例,通过对比直流电机特性参数,详细介绍了变频牵引电机多段速关键点、额定功率、额定电压、额定转速、启动电流、额定转差率和电机极对数等关键参数的设计方法,使得变频牵引电机转速与扭矩机械特性曲线与原直流电机相吻合,使其完全适用于矿用蓄电池特种车辆的行走,并在煤矿井下得到了验证。 The traditional AC variable frequency speed regulation system only has constant torque and constant power sections,and the constant torque section accounts for about half of the entire speed regulation range.The characteristics of the mid frequency section are relatively hard,and the torque does not change with the change of speed.In order to ensure that the AC variable frequency speed regulation system meets the traction conditions of mining battery special vehicle,simulated the soft characteristics of low-speed and high torque"excavator"like the DC speed regulation system,taking the DC128 V mining lead-acid battery forklift as an example,and by comparing the characteristic parameters of the DC motor,introduced in detail the design method of the key parameters of the variable frequency traction motor,such as multi speed key points,rated power,rated voltage,rated speed,starting current,rated slip rate,and motor pole number.This makes the mechanical characteristic curve of the variable frequency traction motor speed and torque consistent with the original DC motor,fully suitable for the walking of special vehicle with mining batteries and has been verified underground in coal mine.
