摘要
败毒散自《太平惠民和剂局方》记载以来,一直被医家广泛用于疫病、痢疾和疮痈等病症的治疗,成为重要的传世经典名方,特别是在三年抗击新冠疫情的实践中,败毒散无论在预防还是治疗上都发挥了重要作用。解析其药物组成,笔者感到败毒散立方之要,妙在人参一味。然而,古代直至当代,有不少医家认为败毒散用人参主要为虚人而设。本文拟从《神农本草经》对人参所述经义出发,从补五脏、安精神、祛邪气三方面讨论败毒散中人参的作用,以期为败毒散及人参的使用提供新的思路。
Baidu Powder has been widely used by doctors for the treatment of epidemic diseases,dysentery,sore-carbunccosis and other diseases since recorded in Bureau of Taiping People's Welfare.It has become an important classic prescription,especially in the three years of practice against the COVID-19 epidemic,it has played an important role in both prevention and treatment.Analysis of its drug composition,the author feels that the essence of the Baidu Powder cube,wonderful in Radix Ginseng.However,from ancient times to contemporary times,many doctors believed that Baidu Powder with Radix Ginseng was mainly used for deficiency people.Based on the meaning of Radix Ginseng in Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica,this paper intends to discuss the role of Radix Ginseng in Baidu Powder from three aspects:tonifying five zang organs,soothing the monarch and dispelling evil qi,so as to provide new ideas for the use of Baidu Powder and Radix Ginseng.
